SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that when you make an order, you want our ice creams as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen!

Our shipping team fulfils orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order being placed. Orders placed after 11am (+7 GMT) will ship the following day at the earliest. If you choose an expedited shipping method, please contact our customer service team to notify us. We will do our best to process the order as quickly as possible.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “ Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox).

Free shipping is available for orders with products delivered within Bangkok inner city ( Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Charoen Krung, Paolyothin)

Shipment addresses

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address details on the account information is accurate, we do not amend these, we copy them and use them on the parcel.

Liability:
We cannot be responsible if there is any delay caused by:

– strikes
– weather conditions
– error in your address when you placed your order
– if nobody is there to receive the order
